Feb 19th Speedpaint for sparkyyy challenge http://vbagiatis.deviantart.com/art/Walnut-forest-IV-201258886 making sure to use the 2 hours and push through with it even if I feel stuck with it. Did this all in one 2 hour sitting too as opposed to taking breaks which I think helped.

Pretty pleased with how it looks overall, I think I got the colours and the mood fairly close, I know some of my trees potions are quite off in some places, was getting quite “tangled” at points following all the various barks and ended up drawing some of them quite far apart. 

Enjoyed it though as was a great image and a good challenge trying to get the values right to create the depth. I found the ground and rendering the trees the most difficult, especially the texture of the ground I couldn’t really create.
